My experience at ITE changed significantly when I took on two leadership roles:
Deputy President of Admin in the Green Ambassadors' Club and Chairman of Community Service in the Mega ICT Club. These roles pushed me out of my comfort zone and helped me grow both personally and professionally. I picked up important skills in event planning, team coordination, and communication while leading initiatives that benefited the community. Through these experiences, I gained confidence, developed a stronger sense of responsibility, and found joy in serving others. These leadership opportunities helped me come out of my shell and discover my voice.
Represented ITE CW at the Istana for the Prime Minister's CNY Garden Party, and even presented our project to Mdm Ho Ching
Was one of the main people on the design team for the project that helped it come together
Planned our CCA's biggest event of the year, Youth for the Environment Day (YED) and was the Emcee for it
Planned multiple community service events
Led a team through event planning, and proposal making
Delegated work and made sure everyone knew what to do, and madee sure everything goes smoothly behind the scenes
