Outside of school, I regularly volunteer at my parents’ social enterprise, Mustard Tree, where I assist in teaching individuals with special needs to create handicrafts. This meaningful work, combined with my personal experience growing up alongside my brother who has special needs, has allowed me to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and abilities. Through these encounters, I have developed a deeper understanding of patience, empathy, and resilience.
